How Waitlist Works

Customer Joins
When a product is out of stock or in pre-order, customers can submit their email and phone to join the waitlist from your storefront.

You Get Notified
Each signup is recorded here. You can see who is waiting, their contact details, and when they signed up.

Invite When Ready
When the product becomes available, waitlisted customers are notified via email or WhatsApp so they can complete their purchase first.
