How AI Dunning works
When a subscription charge fails, Finvex asks Claude AI to analyze the failure reason, payment method, and customer history to pick the optimal retry time. UPI failures retry in 2-4 hours. Insufficient funds retry after 24h (salary cycle). Card declines retry in 3-5 days. Average recovery rate: 71% vs 48% with fixed-interval retry.
